Man Arrested After Ramming Police Vehicle, Punching K-9 Dog, Authorities Say

A man was arrested early Sunday morning after leading authorities on a lengthy pursuit that ended in Santa Fe Springs, where he punched a police dog that was assisting officers, according to officials.
