The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man and a woman after deputies uncovered an alleged marijuana grow and hash oil lab at a Perris-area residence on Friday.
About 3:30 p.m., deputies served a search warrant in the 26000 block of Orange Avenue and found approximately 280 pot plants and an active Butane Hash Oil lab, a news release from the Sheriff’s Department stated.
Following the investigation, they arrested 25-year-old Jose Ignacio Delgado on charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales, operating a BHO laboratory and child endangerment.
Delgado was booked into the Southwest Detention Center. He was being held on $50,000 according to Riverside County inmate records.
Alma Rose Valencia, 34, was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous stimulant, the release said.
